Rename multiple files

You can rename multiple files by accessing files through Windows Explorer. If you want to select multiple files, you can press the Ctrl button while you click on the files. After the completion of the selection process, you should press F2. You should enter the new name and press Enter to implement the new name. You will notice that files will be named with the selected keyword plus a number will be displayed in parenthesis. The number will be generated in chronological order so that all filenames will be unique. You should understand the fact that a system cannot maintain two files with the same file names. As you rename files and folders, you can set them aside for a specific purpose.
